    Juicers?

Hey.. I'm looking at doing my first proper cut, I'm looking at 16 weeks and see how things are. My main problem is i very much dislike leafy greens which I know is a problem. Has anyone used a juicer for these instead? How did you find it? Anything in particular that juiced well.. I know this may sound abit silly and not very fun but I'm thinking I will mainly eat turkey/chicken and drink juice of greens.. What's people's thoughts and experices ?

Mix spinach into protein shakes or fruit shakes...you get a lot of your micro nutrients from it and you don't taste it AT ALL. It'll give the shake a green color but it's definately an easy way to get it in!

Juicers are nice as a supplement to a balanced diet, but honestly planning a 16wk cut on turkey and green juice is like waking up one morning and deciding you're going to run a 1/2 marathon in 2 weeks without any prior training. You'll probably burn out and fail.

There are a lot of alternatives to juicing, or choking down leafy greens. Broccoli, green beans, onions, peppers, carrots, etc… Just walk around a grocery store produce section and pick out veggies you like to eat.

Doing a little extra reading now will save you a big headache in the long run. Calculating your caloric needs, designing a balanced diet with adequate protein, healthy fats, and moderate carbs will be more enjoyable, and serve you better long-term.

If you find yourself set on chugging your leafy greens/vegetables instead of enjoying them i think you'll get more health benefits from a blender.

Try a more powerful blender and add more water.
