Alternate Hammer Curls 14kg/arm
Pull Down 70kg 3 sets of 5
Leg Press 120kg 3 sets of 10
Vertical Traction 50kg 2 sets of 10
Bench Press 20kg (pole is 22kg so 44kg tot.) 4 sets of 5
