    Is my weights good for my first month an a half?

    Pls bear in mind I've only been gyming just over a month

    Lat Machine 55kg 5 sets of 5
    Pectoral 45kg 6 sets of 5
    Pulley 35kg 3 sets of 10
    Alternate Hammer Curls 14kg/arm
    Pull Down 70kg 3 sets of 5
    Leg Press 120kg 3 sets of 10
    Vertical Traction 50kg 2 sets of 10
    Bench Press 20kg (pole is 22kg so 44kg tot.) 4 sets of 5

    No they are not irrelevant but people only care about squat, deadlift and bench (Most of the time)
