Hi,i started bulking using the IIFYM program.
it says i need 2000 calories for a bulk,which isnt a lot and is easy for me to accomplish if i try.
But i wanted to know,are there any high calorie foods you guys reccomend? i prefer them to be healthy and high protien if it is possible,if not just list me high calorie healthy foods,cause i want it to be easier to clean bulk
