i always been like this, i never count shiiit, of course i make sure i get in the good amount of protein but besides that i eye ball everything, thats bulking and cutting, with this diet i will be eating the normal foods, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, oatmeal straight out the pack, eggs, lots of proten shakes, cashews,seedsOriginally Posted by Arsenal01

well of course my protein will be high and with the carbs i will be doing like 3-5 meals with carbs in the them. im trying not to lose no more than 2 pounds a weekOriginally Posted by Tellme718
