started my diet today. i have been putting this diet off for a long time now but i finnally grew some balls and said lets GET IT!!!!!

i always been like this, i never count shiiit, of course i make sure i get in the good amount of protein but besides that i eye ball everything, thats bulking and cutting, with this diet i will be eating the normal foods, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, oatmeal straight out the pack, eggs, lots of proten shakes, cashews,seeds
i wont be doing that no carb bulll shiit tried it before and it was a disaster loss to much size

well of course my protein will be high and with the carbs i will be doing like 3-5 meals with carbs in the them. im trying not to lose no more than 2 pounds a week
once i add cardio into play the weight starts to drop off of me fast so i will start by doing only 15 mins of little jogging on walking on incline..
and like i said i eye ball everything
