    Low Budget Diet

    Hey all,

I've been recently following a diet plan that I came up on my own in order to hit my macros but also keeping my expenses to a minimum. However, I feel like what I'm eating isn't substantial enough or that it's in a way even counterproductive and accelerating my muscle loss even while I hit my macro targets every day. I don't know if its just my mind playing tricks on me when I look in the mirror or that I actually need to adjust my diet. Any help would be appreciated!

    Stats:
    5'10, 178lbs, 14-15% bodyfat

It's in your head bro. Your not going to lose muscle eating 2100 calories a day with 180g of it coming from protein.

Try replacing the 4 scoop of ON meal with some actual food, might help make your daily amount feel more substantial?
