What colourway did you get? Im thinking bout the volt tbh, its larey(lair-e) but the other colourways are so bad imo, besides the black ones but i need to add colour to me gym apparel. Already wear enough black and white.
Edit: How does one get off-spread? i've been on spread for most people in this chat for weeks, i probably don't post enough or something?

Cutting brahs, need a little advice. Will rep.
First week into my cut and I've lost 2.5kg. Doing -500cals on a 40/40/20 macro split. Training like I did on the bulk with no cardio. Measurements are all the same except waist has decreased by an inch. Is this too much loss for one week or do you generally lose a lot of weight during your first week? Should I continue on -500cal or decrease it to -300?
