The Romaleo is really wide in the half sizes though, like I'm still amazed by it. Just go get your shoe size measured at a shoe shop with one of those thingys... they wont mind, just tell them you're wondering if they can measure your shoe size for you. Unless they're some old crabby shop assistant they wont mind.

Generally I'd say you lose a fair bit in your first week, as it's a dramatic shift. Keep at it, and see how you feel.

Go for another week and if the weight loss is as dramatic as the first, adjust accordingly

From my experience usually there's a big drop in the first week, (mainly water weight) then it'll slow down after that.

That's normal for your first week in deficit. As necon said, it's the water weight that causes a large loss. Stick at the same calorie for another 2 weeks minimum before adjusting anything. You should see a more normal rate of weight loss from this point.

^ This. I always lose about 1-3kgs in water when I start cutting. You're always going to be a little bloated while bulking, even if you do it clean!
