Hey guys. Brief background: powerlifting saved my life. I had an eating disorder about two years ago and since taking up heavy lifting and eating organic, I have recovered and feel stronger than ever.
Yes, I understand that at 90lbs and a size 00, I was a TWIG. But before my eating disorder, I wasn't that small, but never huge. My legs are bigger than ever now though, after powerlifting.
Granted, they are muscular. But as a 16 year old girl at 5' 5.5", whos mother still thinks I am going to turn into a man from going to the gym, she is freaking out because I have to get all new pants. Nothing fits!
I'm not a bodybuilder, I don't take supplements, and I eat very healthy. I train daily, lift 4-5x a week, and do HIIT/ met con 2-3x. Whats up?

Just get tights, yoga pants, dresses, and shorts. I gave up on jeans a long time ago.
Powerlifting saved my life too. Still does, every single day.

You'll grow a lot initially, and then it slows down. I've been the same size for years, just slowly leaning out.

They won't keep growing forever. I was actually going to start a similar thread...finding jeans that aren't hammer pants is getting increasingly challenging.

I guess this company makes jeans for men and women. "Athletic" men and woman looking for a better fitting pair of jeans for the reasons that you mentioned.

Yeah all I wear is gym shorts and cargo pants at a larger size where I need a belt. Ripped all my jeans and old dress pants. My wife just wears yoga pants dresses and shorts like you.
Also to OP yeah my wife is 5'3 now 120 15% bf She started at 108 15%. When I first met her she was only 103. Like above said wear yoga pants and shorts. That's all she wearsLast edited by musclehead09; 07-22-2014 at 07:18 PM.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

No h8 but I really don't understand the problem or point of this thread. You lift weights, you grow. You powerlift, you squat a lot. You squat a lot, your legs grow a lot.
It ain't rocket science.

Lol I don't fit in my pants any more either. I just wear basketball shorts. In order to fit into pants I need a size or two bigger + a belt
