    ArA and CM Stack

    I am curious if folks have stacked the two. (Molecular Nutrion's Xfactor and Muscle Tech's Clear Muscle). CM is still fairly new but feedback has been very positive about recovery and increased training capacity. I don't recall seeing anything being logged here or other forums so looking to see if any folks are aware.

    I'm already familiar with Ara and have been playing close attention to the logs in all of the MT threads. Has anybody tried the two? Feel free to give any feedback.

    Diet would be at maintenance. Goals would be to increase strength and training frequency if possible. My stack is below. I'd be dropped the fatburner products.

    Not that I am aware of but I'm contemplating it (running ArA again end of August/beginning of September). I'm probably going to buy a few bottles of CM when I finish the bottle I've just opened yesterday.

    Stuff works brilliantly with upped training + PA.

    Yeah I'm all for experimentation. Since I'm not rowing as much this season I'd love to train a bit more frequent and focus a bit more on strength than just endurance training.

    Daily undulating periodization with increased frequency will get you there whilst not negating hypertrophy or strength.

    The CM will allow you to handle that amount of work whilst the ArA will increase protein synthesis through increased inflammation response.

    Any results from it?

    Are there any ArA logs running? I know with CM we are seeing some great things such as less fatigue on lower calories etc, But i haven't gotten to checkout any ArA logs.

    Not yet. Running ArA again end of August/beginning of Sept and thinking about picking up a few bottles of CM to run with it after I finish my current 3rd bottle of CM (jumped back on it today).

    So my comments are entirely based on what I'm seeing from CM + PA in the last 2 months or so. CM should synergize with any good anabolic IMO with the right training, with daily undulating periodization being probably the best type of training, just add enough frequency to it to take advantage of the CM and I think you'll have a great recipe for success there.

    Users typically note pronounced DOMS with ARA. The ONLY time I get extra doms on ARA is on lower body day. Usual doms aren't too bad from legs but ARA seems to keep me from training them as frequent as I'd like.

    I'm wondering of the addition of CM could aid in the recovery to get another lower day in.

    I don't think I have seen any feedback on CM+ArA either. In for possible answers

    I will however be running ArA with ABE in a few months, eating just a little above maintenance.

    I think it can and will... I think you can push it a little further than that tbh.

    I think this would be a great stack. ArA does tend to increase DOMS and so far, Clear Muscle seems to decrease DOMS (my experience). Besides that, they are both great supps for a recomp. I will probably try this stack out myself after I finish my 12-week Clear Muscle run. I have a nice 200 ct. bottle of X-Factor at home that would be a nice addition to CM.

    That would be a killer stack, one I'll have to try soon.

    I'm on an off period from X-Factor and about 10 days into Clear Muscle right now. Too early to tell much results wise with the CM, but I'm very optimistic. My training isn't much like those in the study, but is heavy with very high volume, so Im certainly putting my body through a tremendous workload.

    I loved my ara run last year and am currently logging CM. I've been thinking about doing this stack once I start bulking in about 2 months if I can get a good deal on both. If you try it before that definitely let us know how it goes!

    Pretty much anything stacked with ArA is going to be solid. Extremely versatile supplement and finally the research is out there to support what many have experienced for over a decade.

    I'm interested to hear if people who have tried both find HMB-FA to be as effective of a mass builder as ArA.

    Yeah that study really should pave the way for those skeptical folks to believe.

    I can see some great recomp and strength gains to come.
    Over the years we've had so many haters and doubters of ArA. Nothing like sending them a list of a dozen health studies, with that efficacy study at the top of the list

    No greater feeling.
