working out during bar'mitzvah? is it a disgrace to my religion?

in the torah it says you should not drain yourself physically during a bar'mitzvah, but i really timed this workout for days with food and sleep and i know im gonna do a new PR in the deadlift

so how should i do my fellow jewish brothers? how do you do and what do you do?

well personally i would travel to ireland, find yourself a farm and try to purchase about 4 goats.. after you've accomplished that walk back home with those goats cause you have to beef them up, get the goat quads going because you can't sacrifice a dyel goat. once you get home set up an altar which would be a large circle made with oats with two large tubs of protein powder in the middle.. light as many candles around it as possible and feed the goats the protein, after you're done that, say goodbye to jeff and the other goys, and slit their throats with a sharp shaker ball shank.. if you follow the procedure and do everything correctly, you should be set and ready to break your deadlift pr..
