    Maybe I meant L-Citrulline instead of Citrulline Mallate. Is there a difference? Or is it like creatine monohydrate vs other types of creatine?

    Yes, you're wrong. People will spend money purely on pump products because they like the way it feels/looks after a workout. There is no scientific evidence that this will increase LBM.

    I prefer L-Cit over Cit Mal, but GMS over both. Only issue w GMS is it doesn't mix for shyte. Pumps are superb tho. Potassium nitrate has GMS beat out in my books tho as the best stand alone pump ingredient. Haven't tried Agmatine as a stand alone, and it has minimal research backing it's pump properties. Hard to say where it places.

    Have you tried ArA, OP (X-Factor, X-gels)? I get ridiculous pumps after I've been using it preworkout only for ~2 weeks.

    I also feel like it is an effective strength/muscle building supp.

    lol a pump does not increase muscle mass, but a good pump product/ingredient can certainly aid towards a stellar workout. Helps with mind-muscle connection when targeting muscle groups, feels great which will put you in the right mind set to lift, aids in nutrient delivery which will help recovery and endurance. Saying that pumps are good for nothing more then an ego boost is a pretty narrow minded idea.

    tend to avoid any ingredients that increase pump because I like to work full ROM. Sometimes pumps get so insane that they limit ROM, especially in the biceps during a back workout. That's just me though.

    Take some Nitrates and do curls in a night clubs bathroom to get the girls though

    When you feel a pump in a muscle group, it's easier to lock into that muscle groupon mentally and focus on targeting it. It's easy to **** up form. We all see it in the gym everyday. With a pump, I feel it's a lot easier stay focused on the desired muscle group. Not that far fetched a concept.

    Again, not saying that theory is wrong per say, but it's a stretch. Going into a workout with a mental commitment to pay attention to form would accomplish this too.

    The nutrient delivery comment is wrong, however.
