About a week ago I had white stool. Woke up, nothing abnormal, felt normal, normal texture, horrifying white color. Since then I have completely stopped my use of my white cookies n cream mass gained (rebuilt mass cookies n cream) which I used generally three times a day. That in addition to casien before bed (all 22 oz shakes). In addition I was on Clear Muscle, two tablets of creatine, two multivitamins.
Since stopping my supplement use, my color returned slightly over four days. It's still on the white side.
I have seen three doctors since. All three are stumped now.
The white stool indicates a bile deficiency. I lack abdominal pain and jaundice. My ultra sound was clear, however, my liver panel came back normal except for elevated AST. Just slightly though. This would indicate slight liver damage such as that associated with alcohol damage.
Currently the theory is my supplements damaged my liver. I'm not convinced. I'm having another panel run today to see if the week off has had any effect.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Any theories besides obstruction/damage?

I experienced some weird stuff with creatine... stopped using it and problems went away.. Started using it again a year later.. problems right back... quit again.. went away again. Some people say supplements and creatine cannot cause problems but I disagree. Just lay off them completely for now and keep up with the doctors to make sure you are cleared up.
Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /

Had a cmp + amylase/lipase. All came back normal besides my amylase being low (23 ranged 28-100). My pediatrician was stumped and tried to relate it to a virus. I'm currently seeking a referral to a GI specialist. Pancreatic cancer is now the top of the list. I'm 19, but there's no other explanations. I'll seek more imaging in the upcoming month.
