This took 7 weeks to accomplish, never once lifted a weight more than 70% of my max, tell me if you're impressed

I think these numbers are actually a bit on the lower end because I didn't bother to rest between exercises aside from setting up other machines and bars and such.

So, how does this progress stack up with yours?

    shameless self-bump.
Come on guys, how is my progress over 7 weeks. Does this look like the gains you made? I could really use some other perspectives here.

I'm only looking at the big three (squat, bench, and Deadlifts)

With that said, I'm curious as to how much you improved on Squats?
And kudos for improving Deadlift with weights AND reps!

I know for sure you can bench press and squat and everything else wayyyyyyyyy more than I can! haha
But on the serious note, you DID increase the reps and/or weights on all. Great Job. Keep up the great work~

well you guys are all really nice, so thanks, but i was hoping someone could help put what i did in perspective. I'm constantly trying to improve what I do so that i can progress faster but thats hard to do without something to compare to.

I'll be checking squats tomorrow. I ran out of steam on sunday doing so many max lifts.

@julie lol I'm not trying to compete with you in how much i can do, just in the percentage increase from week to week.

As for pics, I don't have anyone to hold a camera for me

if you want ur progress rated.....

    i rate this a 3 on a scale of 1-10...

your compound lifts should have increased by much more than 3% in 7 weeks.

sorry dude. keep up the hard work!
