    Recovery time?

I am doing full body workouts 3 times a week. If I do it on monday, then my next workout will be on Thursday - and then Sunday. Point is, workout day is followed by 2 days of rest.

is this correct? Is recovery time okay?

What about Sunday/Monday? Or are you following the three day rotation, and not necessarily keeping within the standard week? Depending upon intensity/volume, you don't necessarily need three full days of rest. But, that's something you need to figure out based upon trial and error.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

There is no recovery time from Sunday to monday. I'd suggest doing MWF, or other days just a similar layout

I find I make more progress with four, and sometimes even five days of rest.

7 days of rest for me, between equal workouts. Evidently I do a bodypart split though.

Really it's up to you, but that Sunday/Monday thing is not ideal, unless as mentioned before you do a three day rotation, some weeks with 3 workouts some with 2. Ideally a M,W,F split to be honest, this gives a decent rest period between each workout, plus a little extra at the end of the week. Try different variations of rest periods, that is the only true way to find what works best for you.

You are recovering adequately if you're making progress without injuries. So just try it and see if that happens.

yes, thats right...after Sunday it will be Wednesday. Etc. My body type is skinnyfat...so I thought high intensity low frequency would be better.
