Quick update. Start bulking for 3 months, then started cutting again (I recommend fast cutting, 1kg a week, and slow bulking, 0,250-0,300 kg a week). Im currently down to 89 kg, a 84.5 cm waist and my lifts are:
Squat - 100x4
Deadlift - 150x7
Bench - 90x5
Chin Ups - 102.5x19

It got up to 105x6 and then just dropped back down for some reason.
The chin ups are from doing the greasing the groove method, that stuff is legit. Doubled my reps in about a month.
