I would strongly recommend not doing it. I have tried to master it for months using very light weight and it's just not a good exercise, period. Or maybe I'm a potato. The weight + movement from the lift + movement from being off balance destroys my knees.
Yes. They feel clumsy and inefficient, and they hurt my wrists (no homo).HTC
