I'm currently supplementing with 50 mg per day of Zinc Picolinate, which I stack with Magnesium Citrate rather than buying ZMA. I feel there are many benefits to Zinc supplementation. However, I just got iForce's Tropinol, which is a test booster that provides 16 mg of Zinc Aspartate per day. My question is: do you feel like 66 mg of zinc per day (actually more considering what I intake from my diet) is too much? If I need to I can lay off the Picolinate until after I run the Tropinol. Just wondering how some of you felt about this.

I definately wouldn't take any more than you currently are.
Sickening.
Fear leads to hate, hate leads to anger, anger leads to suffering... In one final act of self defense, the great mother earth must purge herself and if that means the death of 3 billion people... So be it. If we choose war over peace, If we choose fear over logic, If we choose to be led into war and not lead ourselves to the promise land, then we deserve hell on earth.

If youre getting enough zink from your diet and you take zinc capsules then theres no need for it. If your diet is zink deficient then YES take some zinc capsules.
Always keep in mind the side effects of zinc when taking too much:
Zinc may cause anorexia, asthma-related symptoms, blood disorders, changes in attention, changes in copper metabolism, changes in iron levels, changes in skin pigmentation, changes in thyroid function.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative

Creatine monohydrate gives me bad stomach cramps like taking a zinc tablet on an empty stomach. I won Kreate in the company promo section and it does not upset my stomach. My training goes a lot better without feeling like I could vomit from my supplement.
Creatine monohydrate is recognized as the best on this forum if your stomach can handle it.

The tolerable upper intake is 40 mg according to this site: http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Zin...hProfessional/
I'd take this with a grain of salt though.

Zinc isn't tough to obtain from a diet, but some people neglect zinc rich foods.

To those asking why you would supplement without being deficient, I find that taking zinc has many benefits. These are real benefits I have felt, not just BS. These benefits include:
-More restful sleep when taken with magnesium
-Immune system health
-Sexual health/libido
I think I will discontinue using the extra 50 mg while running Tropinol and save it for after.✪ Fandango Crew ✪
