I know everyone's different but in general for women what order do ur muscles 'come in' as u lean out? Or example I know women legs will b at the bottom. Is it back, then stomach, forearms? Just wondering what other women have experienced as they have cut.

I wish my top half would speed up the whole leaning out deal!! Lol.
For me I've noticed my back and legs are most defined. My stomach and arms are getting there. Arms look strong and defined in gym lighting when I'm working them but just average anywhere else lol. I'm not sure if having ridden horses most of my life helped me with my lower half...?

I lose fat completely evenly over my whole body, which is a bit of a mindf*ck because I can't see progress all that quickly. I guess I'm lucky to have a reasonably hourglass-shaped body and most of where I store fat is right around my hips, inner thighs (and a little on the inside of my knees, which is meh) and some in my upper arms. But I don't show abs easily at ALL; I really have to be below 15%. Above it there's just a very thin layer of fat, but it is there (you can see in my avatar--bit of abs but they're soft). Since I don't want to be below 15% for health reasons, I guess I'll cope.
Forearms get vascular first, followed by getting a really veiny neck/clavicle area, then shoulders, then upper thighs, then lower stomach right above the bikini line, despite not having ripped abs--yeah, IDK.Last edited by shesprints; 07-20-2014 at 06:30 AM.

I have a pretty even fat distribution. When I'm softer, I'm softer all over and when very lean, I'm very lean all over. As far as veins though, for me my forearm veins come first, then bicep and lower leg veins, then groin and ab, then thighs and delts if I get super lean.
On a mini-cut, then onto maintenance mode for the summer.
