I've never seen a "seminar" promoted like this. I'm really interested and I want to go. Anybody else going? thoughts? what do you think it'll entail?

didnt know it's for 6 hours. it's reasonable for what people will get; but how many people can afford that that? that's a ticket to the olympia/arnold(i think)
boils down to 6 min of worthwhile information from kai when the philosophical rhetoric is removed lol
But on a realistic note, 6hours of content + whatever goodies you get is worth $200 for people who can afford it and have a passion for bodybuilding. I'm just curious as to what somebody can talk about for 6 hours...MS, Computer Science

Then don't go. The people who think it'll be worth it will.
Secondly, all that "philosophical rhetoric" *is* worthwhile to a lotta people, especially if they haven't heard it before. Not everyone immerses themselves in the sport, not everyone gets to hear athletes' take on things, not everyone is like us on the forum where we check up weekly/daily and go on Youtube for all sorts of interviews, etc. So even if he just rehashes a bunch of stuff from previous seminars, in all likelihood there will be a lotta people who are hearing it for the very first time.
As for what someone can talk about for 6 hours, maybe he'll talk about several different things? Who knows? I won't be going but am excited that this is even happening and would love to hear from people who do end up going.

200 dollars?
Is Kai going back to his roots and giving the audience a full contact stripshow? We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.
IFBB brahs über alles.
