When I was playing high school football we used to do this workout called the 12 by 12. Its 12 reps and 12 different exercises in one long set. We used a straight bar and did all 12 sets and reps with out stopping. I only remember a few exercises which included Curls, Romanian Deadlifts, Torso Twists and I cant remember any more. Does anyone else know this exercise and the order in which it went?
