I've heard alot of good things about Ecdysterone and i was wondering if anybody on here has ever tried it.
If so did you experience any positive effects from it?

I've used in different formulas of supps over the years. I have had nothing but good experiences on it.

I would not say that.

Believe me when i say there is almost just low quality ecdy and turk supplements on the market? and those ecdy products with great quality is underdosed!

I have used turk and ecdy from russia and actually it is very good for size and strength,endurance,pump.
It is expencive but it really works.

I did bloodwork before and after (every week too)turk and ecdy, turk gave me good increase in hemoglobin after just one week.

Sad but true i have quited with ecdy and turk
My doc and one good formulator on this forum suggested me to quit because increased hemoglobin,red blood cells is not good for those with sleep apnea

I miss those amazing pumps on turk and ecdy. But remember. As i said. I took quality products and the dosage was not small.

For those money you can buy whey and good pwo so you have it for 1 year usage

Benefits with real turk and ecdy are great. But its like using MUCH money on mild PH gains.

The halflife doesnt matter, because with it's volume of distribution, it won't enter your target tissues (skeletal muscle) anyway.

it is from the Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances (ICPS) in Uzbekistan.

it is very expencive and playing with high dosage is even more brutal for the wallet

My doc said my hemoglobin was above the normal range .
