My goal is to gain muscle mass. Here's what I do. Tell me what you think:
Monday: Chest/Triceps
DB Bench Press 3x10
DB Incline Bench 3x10
Dips 3x10
Barbell Lying Triceps Extension 3x10
Cable Triceps Extension 3x10
Wednesday: Legs/Shoulders
Squats 3x10
Leg Press 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
DB Military Press 3x10
DB Lateral Raises 3x10
Friday: Back/Biceps
Wide Grip Pull Up 3x10
Cable Front Pull Down 3x10
DB Rows 3x10
Machine Low Rows 3x10
Barbell Curls 3x10
Hammer Curls 3x10
Also, I ride my bike a lot, so is there any leg exercise I can remove from my workout because it would be redundant? I don't mind doing the exercises, it's just that my time is super-limited and I want to keep my workout under 45 minutes.
