if you could only have 1 supp?
Weird question i know but just curious if you coups only use one supplement the rest of your life what would it be?
And i don't mean a supplement combo like c4 where its got a bunch of stuff. I mean 1 individual supplements.
My friends n I were debating this n I was curious your thoughts.
We all pretty much said Creatine but one of the guys said Fish Oil.
What would be your one supplement?

multivitamin powder.. has a little bit of everything.. flax, chia, whey, all vitamins/minerals, fruit/vege extracts, phytosterols, green tea, bcaas, prebiotic fiber, etc..list goes on...not huge doses but if i only had one item that has everything in it

Everyone is going to be different, i can do without the PRE's and caffeine; but because of work and my hectic schedule i am always having 1-2 scoops of Whey per day very very convenient to pull out a shake than a chicken breast while on the job.
