Okay so I've been doing some research and have started my low to no carb diet for now. The weekend is upon us! I'm not sure weather I should carb up or stay keto.
My goals are to trim some excess fat (stomach and love handles) without sacrificing muscle. I understand my lift days are becoming more tiresome for now. I started to slow my restriction, easing into it. Monday I was at 120g carbs Tuesday was 70 wed 50 Thursday 50 and today I'll shoot for 25 ( that jug of milk in the fridge is calling my name)
My current stats are:
184lbs
6 foot even. I do not care to drop weight, maybe stay maintenance or slight increase to 190. I have been IFing for over a year now with some occasional late night feasts. Should I continue IFing? I was thinking maybe IF after carb load to help enter keto faster??? My macros have been roughly consistent the past few days other than carbs of course. I bumped protein to around 190 and total fats were 86.
Lift days are Tuesday Thursday Friday (odd I know) hectic schedule my workouts are in before noon except on Tuesdays (6pm). Cardio each workout day about 12 minutes moderately intense. I shoot for 2200 calls but I found that a tad bit challenging without the carbs ( need to edit the shopping list)
Sorry so long just wanted to give some decent amount of background/info.
