Strength in all my other lifts/exercises has been going up nicely and even in the seated calf raise i am up to doing 3 45s where just one and a 25 was hard for me in the beginning however i cant for w/e reason get stronger in the standing calf raise,...weight hasn't really gone up, i'm stuck at 150, i usually do 4 sets, like 105 120 135 150 for 12-15 reps and even when i tried doing 5 reps for strength i didn't notice it going up really at all and of course if i miss a week i won;t able to do the 150 and will be stuck at 135 its so annoying. any suggestions?

Try maybe switching the vertical standing raises out for donkey raises for a bit. It sounds kind of like your soleus is really being dominant and handling more of the work. Focusing on the gastrocnemius with those should help expose that and even it out.
