Yes. Lacrosse ball to knot and try not to cry too much. About 2-3 minutes and it releases a bit. I haven't tried to change anything.

Yep that's what I started doing the other day. Borrowed one to see if I like it and I do.

Honestly (And I'll probably get blasted for this) but I think you'll learn more with Donnie. He's a wizard with mobility and chit and he really knows what he's talking about with the lifting.

Well since I still can't squat, I'm doing my first push pull meet dec. 7th. My realistic goal is 1256lb total. And I think an all time American deadlift record at 242. Taking this week off, than doing a quick 4 wk prep.

Edit: ewade what is the 242 record? I think 893 wr, but American?

Until fairly recently the 275 record would have been pretty doable; I think it was 840ish. Eric L. pushed it up a bit, but as long as he stays up at 308 you have plenty of mass to add to get there. Ed Coan ruins everything.

Always a bit weird when that happens. I think Pacifico has the 242 record but Dan Green has a higher record at 220.

do we have a wraps mega thread with good info on all that's out there? searches bring up all kinds of suggestions without justifications on why some wraps could be better than others, or what to consider when looking around for some.

would it be absurd for a beginner just to grab some slingshot lillibridges, sig gold, iron wrap z, or some other tough wrap? or is easing in better?
