Yeah....grip guys are silly. Guy I train with has a deadlift in the low 500s....not impressive....but his double overhand axle deadlift is in the mid 400s....very impressive. Just silly grip strength.

Anyone legitimately done barbell hack squats? Was yoked on caffeine and jumped on some guys bar with 275 and busted out some reps. Not gonna lie they felt good on the quads. I'll go for 600-700 next time.

I had a guy say something pretty similar to me through ******** PMs one time, apparently one of my status's pissed him off. I basically told him the next time I saw him I was going to bury him. I wen't from seeing him randomly 1 or 2 times a month around town, to never again. I literally haven't seen his face in 4 years. I guess he believed me.
I know nobody wants to hear this, but comments like that take on a whole new life when you have kids, and it's honestly pretty hard to understand if you don't.More weight is always more impressive... ShortDave

yep. when it's just you and or maybe a girl or wife you can laugh that stuff off, but when you have a family that depends on you it's like you don't even have control over your reaction. I did say I'd laugh, because well it's Blaha and he's a panzy. I'd also harbor some serious anger inside towards him or anyone else that said they would take out my family. that's just uncalled for. To be honest I understand why Layne is so pissed off at the guy. Sure he did only say words and in the past he accused Layne of stuff and nothing more, but fact is Blaha somehow has a pretty big following and if enough people believe him it could have an impact on Layne's reputation and business. Not cool either. Especially when Blaha's only claim is that he gets fired up before his lifts so he has to be on something.
