We're all in this together - except Panzer. (French!)
New Brunswick probably contributes the least to Canada out of all the provinces...we have lobster and a fuk ton of potatoes tho..
This - why would they make a meet that doesn't even have the good lift in it. I hate push pull meets so I'm gonna have to do a lot of those in training now probably.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

PL brahs, I have a confession to make
I have been doing a fair amount of bodybuilding training lately after my main lifts. Arm work, leg press, chest flyes, drop sets, super sets, I even did some DB side laterals last night.
I think the dieting is infecting my brain!Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165829701

So apparently its an epidemic at BOSS Barbell.... Tons of lifters over there seem depressed due to them carrying a bit more fat than the 90s ******* snorting, coffee drinking, smoking anorexic calven klein male models.
Look at this guy.... sure he is strong like a bull, but it is OBVIOUS that he sacrifices EVERYTHING for strength....
Best total: 1715 (600-415-700) raw with wraps.

We seem to have a division of people around here lately. Some hate squats, some hate deads. I guess there's only one way to solve it... An old fashioned squat competition.
our top 5 v. your top 5
Deadlifts... really? they don't even have an eccentric portion of the lift.More weight is always more impressive... ShortDave

No, no, PanzeR is still in it, he is typing in English, it doesn't matter where he is from, the French that I speak of are the ones who won't speak English to you and are offended that I stopped learning french in grade 6.
They also have a tendency to want to separate yet don't have any sort of self sustainability planIt'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife

Right....benching is like a super model. It is the pretty lift that is worthless in all reality. Gimme a deadlift that will teach one proper posture to lift with, build dem traps the bishes swoon over and Make you an overall alpha male. This is the multipurpose movement that is more comparable to M1 Abrams than a puny supermodel. You may not like it, but you are forced to respect it....if you don't....the price will be paid.

Squat is fine....but is very controversial. Ya see, it is great stress relief. Get under the bar and all your troubles fade into the stars you now see. Sure the depth can vary from opinion to opinion, but in the end, there is no real issue with squatting as we all can do it however we want and still see benefit. There are many variations and different ones will cure different illnesses that your squat has.
Ya see....the squat is the medicinal Mary J Wanna of the power lifts.
Oh, now you can be a super model....nothing wrong with that.
What you really need though is to roll around town in your M1 Abrams, super model at your side and a couple bags of your prescription in the heavily armored glove box.
I am fairly certain that is what Paul Carter was getting at.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593
