For serious though, we're talking 250k plus endorsements in the fastest growing fitness sport in America. If they held a musical chairs tournament with 250k for first place you would see some damn good musical chairs players. Just sayin.

last month of my training inspired you to do some 10s and 8s or what haha. it's hard hard work doing reps on the main lifts.

I think the worst I've seen for both is EliteFTS ships them like dickheads and they always come out of the box (its a bar, it'll be used in a garage gym, cosmetic defects are kinda a non-issue), and the powdercoating on Rogue's collars chip off (GF's dad owns a powdercoating company, non-issue for me really).
The EFS will chip too. Powdercoating any weight equipment will chip pretty easily. It is a coin toss, but I own an EFS and have no issues with it. Rogue is probably fine, but cannot imagine it being better.

A guy I competed against a few weeks ago had those. He was a <200 lb guy and said he loved them. I am not sure though. I may just go with some Adidas Sambas here soon. Cheap and very effective.

guess i gotta get used to it
Same with everybody else, the height difference is the issue. I just try to figure out if I need to extend mylegs further, or if I need to put plates under my feet

Kind of went over this in NorthStrongs log, but for someone who isn't handy/has no tools how well do you think these would hold up

I'm sure it's probably easy enough to borrow tools and do it a better/more stable way but the DIY thread had nothing and YouTube didn't offer much. Just think bringing my own blocks would be better than hogging more plates and doing it off of those so it's something I'm looking into.

They will last a little while. Worst case, they don't last and you have lumber that you have to figure out how to fasten together (hint: its easy)

At your level you should run cms prep 1-2-3 cms comp....
the problem is that you will be deadlifting 80-90% twice a week and benching 3-4 times, wich might be a big jump for you....
You could always do the usual 29-30-31-32 to understand how it is laid out and feel, but i would def add a 4th day for accessories and even main lifts variant if i were you

If he would've put some wood glue like TBIII in between before taping them, they might last forever. Also, if you're in lowes/home depot you might as well pick up gorilla tape instead of duct tape. It would hold up better as well.

For serious though, we're talking 250k plus endorsements in the fastest growing fitness sport in America. If they held a musical chairs tournament with 250k for first place you would see some damn good musical chairs players. Just sayin.
Not a big difference, but it does make a difference. The ones who are using and make it to the games are doing it strategically in the sense of how much of what they take and how to get past any tests they may come across. But at the local level you'll see some guys who either aren't smart enough to figure out how to get around the tests or just don't give a fawk and wanna take everything they can and be the big fish in the tiny pond.
