15lb squat triple poverty pr that most of you warmup wth then hit 280-3x3 with a 4th rep assisted on last set(never gotten 280x3 before.

Have any of you had people interrupt you in the middle of your set to give you advice?
Happened to me today. Was doing SLDLs and some fat guy in a winter jacket and shorts (dead srs and it was 30 C outside) comes up to me and in the middle of a rep starts telling me that I should wear a belt
What the fuk? Does this stop happening once you get jacked and tan?Serbia

1385 total @ 255 today. I was unpeaked and nursing injuries but this was a mock meet for the online TSA meet put on by Bryce Lewis.
485 squat (5lb PR)
330 bench (tied my last meet bench) meh, but it looked good.
570 dead (deadlifted on wednesday like an idiot, have pulled a gym 585 before)
