15lb squat triple poverty pr that most of you warmup wth then hit 280-3x3 with a 4th rep assisted on last set(never gotten 280x3 before.

Have any of you had people interrupt you in the middle of your set to give you advice?

Happened to me today. Was doing SLDLs and some fat guy in a winter jacket and shorts (dead srs and it was 30 C outside) comes up to me and in the middle of a rep starts telling me that I should wear a belt

What the fuk? Does this stop happening once you get jacked and tan?

i know balkan gyms...once you or get more jacked than most guys in there the only thing they ask you in there is what you're taking

i tell people to fuk off or flat out ignore them if im jsut setting up even if its with a empty bar its like dude wait 30 seconds for me to finish

You you workout with headphones / earphone in? My entire workout im blsating music. Not a single word spoken to me, or me to another. Only thing people ever ask is how many sets I have left, etc. Nothing else

Doesn't really matter, not in this gym at least. I've had PTs come up to me multiple times telling me to "stop squatting so deep, it's bad for your knees and there's no point going below parallel anyways"

Damn, that's annoying. Only sheit I've ever gotten in the gym is "dropping weight" when deadlifting..and I usually do it anyways and they dont really say too much

I almost got kicked out of a gym on Ft Carson a ways back bc I was deadlifting with rubber coated weights on the rubber coated floor. I then did angry rack pulls up to 585 instead. smh

1385 total @ 255 today. I was unpeaked and nursing injuries but this was a mock meet for the online TSA meet put on by Bryce Lewis.

485 squat (5lb PR)
330 bench (tied my last meet bench) meh, but it looked good.
570 dead (deadlifted on wednesday like an idiot, have pulled a gym 585 before)

Either way it was fun.
