What did you do?
Also, does anyone have issues with rounded shoulders here? I just realized I have that problem big time. I always thought I did a ton of back work but im guesing a ton of pressing and workingat a desk all day is screwing me over. I really don't post here enough... but i have to give a shout out to boynton beach barbell, went yesterday and everything is beyond top notch, the equipment, the facility, the atmosphere, pretty much everything is on point. Tons of racks and platforms and bars + loud ass music, be sure to check it out if you're in the area

Slight programming issue. Tomorrow is supposed to be 280-3x3 bench but I've failed at 280 on 1x3 days. Do I repeat 275-3x3 or yolo 280?
