    Also, does anyone have issues with rounded shoulders here? I just realized I have that problem big time. I always thought I did a ton of back work but im guesing a ton of pressing and workingat a desk all day is screwing me over. How long did it take you to get over it?

    I really don't post here enough... but i have to give a shout out to boynton beach barbell, went yesterday and everything is beyond top notch, the equipment, the facility, the atmosphere, pretty much everything is on point.
