Well it looks like to me Blaha is responding to someone and is talking in extreme hypotheticals. It's not like he has just said "I am going to hurt Laynes son" now is it which is the impression I had gotten from all the posts about it. But I don't really give a **** as I don't have a horse in this race as I think they can both be douches.

If I've hit PRs in all 3 lifts between 4 and 6 weeks out from my meet, how would you guys program things?

Just do some heavier low rep (3-6) work until last week then take it easy?

One week of triples two each of doubles and singles then Deload/rest

Just realised I forgot to clarify the meet is in 4 weeks.

Sounds reasonable. How heavy would you get for those? RPE 9/9.5 as opposed to any maxes?

I lol if Blaha said he was gonna take out my family. However, taking out ones family means exactly what it says it means. No he's not directly saying he's gonna kill someone, but there is no other explanation or interpretation for that phrase. As psycho and idiotic as that guy is, while I'd be loling, I'd probably be slightly concerned.

Apparently if you lift RAW (they capitalized the word raw for some reason?) that is drug-free and gear free. If you lift in gear, you must be on drugs.

I remember hearing Ironmind say that if you can get 250 on the Rolling Thunder, then you could be considered for "world class" or something like that. I think that 80-90 lbs on the hex head DB deadlift is toward the same class.

I forgot about that site. Someone recording me picking up the inch dumbbell a few years ago and posted it there. And holy chit at 80-90! I'm at 60 right meow.
