Jesus Christ I've already beat him over and over again in deadlift, he's never even came close to an 800 pull in a meet.
And the last art guy I went to said super shortened tight hip flexors and a messed up ql. He did some trigger point bs and it did nothing but drain my bank account. It's my lower back above right cheek, not a hernia, and it burns if I cough or sneeze and I'm not bracing myself."There is no reason to be alive if you can't do DEADLIFT"--Jon Pall Sigmarsson

Details? Solutions? I rem the day it happen, I did max height box jumps like 40 of them really yanking knees to chest, I woke up the next morning with the burning sharp pain on lower back above glute. It hurts if I put weight on my back, or pick up dumbbells and step on that side, or even bracing for shoulder press or bench. Any jerking movements, sneezing, coughing also shoots pain down there.

Chiro's and ART practitioners are like car salesmen, some are really helpful and awesome, a lot are just out there to take your money. If I can't get a major amount of improvement within a half dozen sessions I usually look for somebody new, barring situations like tendon ruptures and complete muscle tears, those take a little longer, but there should still be noticeable improvement after 3 sessions.
It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife

Thanks, and no health insurance so no MRI.
Has anyone ever had sciatica? Just literally typed in laying on back, lifting legs strait back pain. And everything popped up for sciatica. Pressure on nerves, right now if I lift my leg while laying down it burns, and it mentioned sneezing, coughing too. Don't piss it off. Supperstiffness. Stay away from lumbar flexion. You may have many things that all feel about the same. From what I've come to they all lead to those fundamentals if you really want to start getting better.
Muscle I've always worked it directly. Nerve damage doesn't work that way and let's you know.
Going through severe sciatic nerve issues and researching everything I can to help

do whatever one will let you get closest to (or beat) the wr pull.
then write "The gas station diet" ebook and become rich
maybe in paul carter land that beats dlt's 826 but here in the real world 826 belted>788 beltless.
Maybe if he had a torn groin and got stabbed first, then there might be some debate."Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! Anyone else have squat strength disappear out of nowhere? Two weeks ago I was doing easy-ish singles with 425, took a week off to move which can explain a small decrease but not me huffing and puffing with 275 pound warm ups.
Meet bests: 450/305/545
On the march to 1300...

Doing my best to not get hurt again while trying to put some mass back on my tiny little legs. Not benching is becoming a bitch, can't wait til I'm back up to snuff for this stuff. See you ****ers in November.

Improve my total every time I step on the platform.

It's even more raw than I thought. So if your wound bleeds during your attempts it is more raw than just lifting with a stab wound.
now if only some one would get stabbed DURING A LIFT that would be even more raw
Paul Carter Approved
This **** happened to me benching last fall and I'm worried it's happening again to a lesser degree now. I haven't even really changed training up or anything either.
In your case I'd say the week off is the culprit. I know I feel like a bag of **** lifting after a full week off"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow!
