Hey everyone,
I know fast food isnt bad for the gains and wont instantly make you fat, im not that kind of person. But purely for health reasons, how bad is it for you?
I usualy eat at burger king like twice a week. Should i stop this, does it matter much to my general health?

The actual food itself wouldn't cause any real detriment to your health directly, and I reckon twice a week is fine. The only things I would worry about trans fat intake and potentially too much saturated fat (some is good, but it can be pretty easy to go overkill and have it harm you). Also the fact that you are foregoing calories with micronutrient density for not-so-micronutrient-dense calories could have an indirect negative impact on general health. Maybe pop a multi on those days for good measure.

Only thing i care about when i bulk is if i hit my macros as well as sodium.
1 a and w burger usually has anywhere
From 1100-1500 calories, as well if u add fries or a poutine ur looking at at least 2300 cal. Ur total sodium for the day should be about 2500. Considering i eat 4000-5000 cal a day i take in roughly 3000mg. So if 1 meal equals ur total sodium for the day is it really that good for u? Ummm no
