Pretty meh in terms of weights moved, no liftoff sucks on bench.
Knew I was training solo, so I wanted the extra focus so I threw in the caffeine free Focus XT. The fruit punch flavors mixes well and definitely added some more focus. The higher reps left me super pumped/vascular as well.Meow

That combo certainly must have had an increased sense of mental stimulus!

Back was sore going into this, as a result squats were harder than they should have been; couldn't keep my back positioning and just ended up goodmorning'ing the weight up.
Switching things up since my sumo is only getting weaker off the floor and my conventional deadlift is barely going anywhere. Going to deficit conventional pulls on squat days and sumo only on deadlift days. Huge back pump due to this today, oy.Meow

It's nice to take a break from pre-workouts form time to time. Let alone, just switching them up and taking in new ingredients or preventing boredom.
Great work in here as expected!Chris Belanger | Vice President, Sales

Definitely, after today, I plan to stim-break for a week or two and get my tolerance back down for caffeine.

Final Review 8.5/10
Sorry for the delay...
Overall, I really enjoyed this product; the taste was great, the stimulant content perfect for your regular sitm-user (250mg per scoop isn't that high, just enough), and the blend is well thought out based on effacious doses (3 grams of creatine, 3 grams of BA, 2 grams of GMS, 250mg caff).
I had great workouts throughout the tub, hitting a few PRs along the way, but I have to say the most note-worthy attribute of this product were the pumps. Biggest pumps I've experienced in a while.
The only thing that brings down the rating for me are the lack of extra nootropics (big fan here) and the pricing. I understand Blue Star is based in Canadia, so I am sure that adds to the cost, but at least you're getting a true 1 scoop pre-workout product.Meow
