Kuclo has already got good 'connections' in the industry.. plus if he does not come in flat , he shud place higher than morel... personally i wud like Morel to b higher . n he does his prep himself , so he might come in good condition.

Beyeke probably has one of my favorite shapes to his physique out of the guys on stage right now he just needs to put it together and should have got the win in Brazil. Also i like that he trained with and sort of was Serge Nubrets(my top BBer of all time) Protege in france

Nice job posting pics where he's all by himself, lol. Bodybuilding is about COMPARISONS. And in the pic with him being compared, his lower body is definitely behind the other guys in sharpness. He looks much softer than the other guys.



That being said, as illustrated in the pics above with his mandatories next to Kuclo's, I still think he should've won in Brazil. Definitely not 4th or whatever the judges gave him. Ironically, he was gifted a higher placing than he deserved in the show he competed in after that.


Conditioning is the only thing Beyeke needs to work on. If he nails it, he's a top 6 Olympia physique, imo. Kuclo on the other hand needs to balance out conditioning with fullness, so I think it's probably a tougher thing for Kuclo in terms of seeing what he needs to do (but for whatever reason, the IFBB judges seem to love him).



As for Morel - dunno where he'll place, but it'll probably be similar to JOJ's placing. Both of them have top-heavy physiques. I don't think I've ever seen them right next to each other though. Would be a nice comparison to have in the callouts.

oh yeah, forgot to chime in on the comments about Ramy being another Kovacs.


Dafuq? Ramy has *way* better proportions than Kovacs ever had, less blocky, and shows no signs of palumboism. Plus, Kovacs had this thing of always wanting to come in bigger and bigger (which probably played a part in ruining his physique). DJ is working with Ramy and has already stated that they're really working on nailing his conditioning and bringing more separation to the stage, so I don't think Ramy is gonna go the way of Kovacs.

you guessed it, another session of cardio as we close out our day of training. You know.. Today was a good day. We strive to make everyday just as good.

It's funny how things pop into your mind later down the road of this journey we call life. We were shooting a workout video today at @bevsgym for @flex_magazine... I remembered a time when I was just starting in the game of what we call bodybuilding.. and all the greats before me were training at my local gym.. with all the lights.. camera's.. and spectators just watching as I said to myself... One day that's going to be me!! and when that day comes I'm going to train with everyone and anyone.. I remember that moment today when I came across and met a new friend today and a supporter of what makes what we do possible. "Hey man I said.. What are you training today. My new friend replied from a distance.. shoulders he said.. good news.. Me too... Would you like to train with me.. Yes!! he replied.. and so it went..
