The pic does seem to be lacking detail with, for example, no striations in the tries (which he fully had weeks ago). The possibilities that would explain that, besides him being behind in the prep, are so numerous that its rather pointless to discuss anything based on that. Ill name a few: lighting, not fully flexed, depleted/flat, bad quality pic...

Maybe he is at the point where he was last year at the O, and now has 2 weeks to get to the point where he was at the ACE.

looks like Kai did a whole lot of wrist curls this past off season lol... dat dere left forearm.
On a serious note , if THAT is what he looks like at present , he aint gonna be 1st at all.. imo... may even drop down to 3rd.

the only problem is the "slight film of water" he holds... he should be cautious about that water retention

I do hope that is not Kai's recent picture, because bad quality or not, he looks soft there. But I doubt he will come in softer than last year. And if he NAILS IT....man I am going to be so happy.

No. i am saying thats his problem in general. everytime he steps on stage... n he is not looking as dry as some other pros are looking... but i also said i am neither a pro nor a guru ...so i dnt know. i said what I think

Kais physique changes drastically by the hour when he is in contest condition. He could come in a blow everyone away, he could be flat, he could be soft and pudgy....he'll hit every end of each spectrum within the two days of the Olympia.

He just tries to time the "blow every one away" with when he'll be one stage and usually miscalculates.

The problem is IF he blows it this year, how many chances will he get to win the O? He isn't getting any younger.

Could be, but it seems at the O it is difficult enough to win it, more difficult to dethrone the champ. I thought he should have won in '12, don't know if he will have many more chances like that. Might be wrong.

lettuce beef real tea, you only have a limited amount of time before creatine usage catches up to you, if he doesn't make it this year, he's probably never going to make it. Go to 20:30

In 2012 he nearly got it.. but got too flat.... but that proved that he has got all the mass needed for the win... not many are gonna outsize him even in that condition....
once again hez got all the mass n maturity.. he just needs to come in super peeled n dry . if '12 version gave phil a run for his money.... a fukin shredded kai CAN definitely win . but then again... there r too many IFs

Last year.. even many pros regarded WOLF better than KAI.. but ultimate decision is taken by judges .. who follow some voodoo dark energy string theory complex criteria lol....IMO he aint never gonna get a sandow. but we all just wanna see a hard neck to neck competition just to keep things interesting lol..

Wolf's only hope of doing well is to come in super shredded, he has the size but there's so many structural flaws. Imo Shawn Rhoden could be very good if he could get his back up, but I don't see it happening.

totally agree... n considering shawn's age n last showing against wolf.. i dont see him bringing his back up drastically...
Wolf's lats have become more complete than before .. n seems like he has found out the way to hit his conditioning . if he hits bulls eye/ he can be top 2..... with Ramy entering top 3-4 maybe if Kai ****s up ... man the hype is gonna get up as the days pass by.

Honestly I felt like he regressed from 2012. His waist is getting thicker, which is an early symptom of Palumboism. We'll see come show time, honestly I think his 2014 form is going to be good, but he is getting older.
