He drives mostly an Escalade to the gym or on occassion his Bentley. Or I guess is white Mercedes 550. If he drives a green Lambo he brings it up after hours cause I've never seen it.

I have a problem with that too, I find myself comparing my triceps in the mirror constantly when wearing a sleeveless. Wearing a hoodie isn't really an option though as my gym is roasting and I sweat like a motherfuker, might look into some long sleeved shirts.

**** I wish I could do that at the gym. I had to change gyms because the heat was so bad people would speed through their workouts.. quite a few times I felt like I'd have to vomit especially during cardio/leg training.

It doesn't matter who it is, 20lbs in 2 weeks is not feasible. He either won't make it or, if he does, he will come in flat as a pancake. And if he does come in peeled then it wasn't 20lbs.

Srsly, it's hard to post in here when all you/we see are people bashing Pro's and people every page. Go back and look.... it's the same thing all the time, lol. Like there is no love for the sport. Only degrading someone as if you/they could do better in the sport. I make no excuse for no man. But I understand this lifestyle is extremely hard. It's easy to be a fan of the champ and look down on everyone else. But I've always loved the sport. Not just the names.

just make sure you get the blood pumped into the muscle thoroughly, as this assists in the 'shaping' of the muscle. make sure to eat clean proteins like chicken breast as well to get that grainy look in the lower lats

I think like yourself and others. When he said it I was like whoa. But, I have not seen him in person. Just pictures and videos and he looks very cartoonish full right now. So when I get there I too will have a better prospective of what exactly is going on and where he is at. He is surrounded by good people this year. So I have to believe he will be ready.

I will for sure update and post pictures throughout my week there.
