Thanks brah. Honestly i hardly directly train delts anymore. For front they get hit hard when i bench, medial i just do simple seated lateral raises, light weight squeeze at the top, rear i hit with the pec deck machine and to finish up I do upright rows.

Lmao hardly ever happens. The last time was maybe this past winter, someone was yelling across the street talking **** till I walked up to him. He was with both his buddies and moment I got close their mouths shut immediately. Surprising how fast someone can sober up when your about to get your ass beat.

Ive been lifting since dec of 09. I started as a skinny fuk @ 185lbs. Been training "seriously" for the past 8 months.

I follow a bodybuilding style of training but thats really it. I never plan to compete or anything its just a hobby to me. Yes, I'm being obvious and honest lol

Nice! 255 is a solid weight for sure depending on how lean you get. Yeah I eat about 4000-5000 cals a day if im lucky lol
