Pullups -- 3 sets of 10 reps with resistance of 210 (I think I am still too heavy to do pullup without aid, but it is one of my main goals)
    Deadlifts -- 3 sets of 10 reps at 185lbs
Barbell Row -- 3 sets of 10 reps at 115lbs
Barbell Curl -- 3 sets of 8 reps at 60 lbs
Preacher curl -- 3 sets of 15 reps at 40 lbs
Barbell Shrug -- 3 sets of 15 reps at 45lbs
Bent over reverse dumbbell flye -- 10 reps at 20lbs
Standing shrug -- 3 sets of 10 reps at 180lbs

Finished off by doing HIIT cardio for 15 min jogging at 3.5mpg and running at 7mph.

Today I realized that I have only 1 more serving after tonights left Thankfully again iSatori came through with specials and I took advantage and purchased 2 more 60 servings of Chocolate Ice Cream
I have realized that without the Bio Grow my recovery would be longer and I would be sore a lot longer which might discourage me to give it my all the following day at the gym. Thankfully I know this now and thus will continue to have Bio Grow as part of my stack. Again thanks all for the hard work and keeping up with these logs. I have learned as much from all in here as you guys learned from our experience with Bio Grow. I want to thank all the iSatori reps as they have really kept us going and encouraging us to succeed. Again as I said on the DA3/GF forum, I am really liking this multi-logger format.
I am very glad we can help you out with your goals and we are here for much more than just supplement support, keep at it and work hard. Will you be logging the new BG youre getting?

Sorry been MIA during finals.. I finished up my Bio Gro last week and will be posting an in store review today. I loved my experience with the flavored bio gro. I have always been a fan of the supplement but the new flavored powders take it to the next level. Thanks again Nic and Isatori for this opportunity. I really enjoyed the experience.

I have ZERO doubt you'll get to an unassisted pull-up! You're absolutely doing the right thing by beginning with resistance and then slowly decreasing it over time. Keep us posted - I want to know when you succeed!!!

Awesome that you capitalized on that deal, it really was a wicked hot price!

Sorry I was MIA for a while. Getting everything ready for college and setting up internet here was a real pain but today was the first day and I'm glad to be back!

My BG ran out the morning after my last post which is saddening but I'd really like to thank everyone at iSatori for the great product and helping me in my recovery! When I was going strong before the injury I felt like BG really was doing the trick and helping me crush it each and every day! The flavors I tried were nothing short of delicious (10/10 for both the CnC and SBS in their flavor catagories) and the versatility of the flavored powder was wonderful! I'll be posting a store review soon and BG served its purpose so it is deserving of a 10/10 rating in my book!

Actually took my first weekend off in a while. It felt good to take a break. Reset my motivation and mentality in the gym. After two days of rest your body begs to be back with the weights again, creating the perfect environment for a great and intense workout.

Yes sir, sometimes time off is the best option even when you are itching to get back in. Let us know how that first workout back goes! Did you take BG on your off days?

I did indeed take bio gro on my off days. This is due to the fact that i still consume the same amount of calories on those days, to make sure i'm giving my body enough nutrients to rest, recover, repair and refuel.

Besides consisting in a surplus of calories. I follow a powerlifting regimen in the first half of my workout and then finish off with some bodybuilding techniques. I find that this allows me to build strength, while still staying at moderately lean weight.

I generally take the main lifts: bench press, squat, deadlift, military press And start each workout with a primary exercise with 5 sets of 5 reps (picking one of those main lifts depending on the muscle group day) then i go to an auxilary exercise and lighten the weight and increase reps to about 8. I do about two exercises with these. then i finish off with a much lighter exercise to sculpt and cap off the muscle groups.

    for example:

    Chest day:

flat barbell bench: 5 sets of 5

incline dumbell bench: 5 sets of 8

flat bench dumbell flys: 5 sets of 8-10

cable flys high: 3 sets of 12-15
cable medium: 3 sets of 12-15
calble low: 3 sets of 12-15

    Back day example:

    deadlift: 5x5

    single arm dumbbell row: 5x8

    cable row: 5x8-10

    latpull down in front: 3x10
    latpull behind: 3x10

    lat pull with close(v-bar)grip: 5x12

I find that i gain a tremendous amount of strength from the initial primary exercise at the begining of the workout, and then i get my pump and muscularity to show through the rest.

Been extremely busy due to an unexpected move and wel... life. Im going to go into my review and thoughts of this extremely great supplement!!!

Bio-Grow helped my recovery like no other supplement has. I have noticed strength gains, and definitely reduced pain and soreness following intense workout sessions. The Chocolate Ice Cream is my favorite flavor as I can mix with my protein shake and also with just plain Vanilla Greek Yogurt or in pancakes or brownies or... the options are endless. The strawberry banana I would mix with milk and it would taste like strawberry quik. Great for a post shake after a hard session. This is a nice addition to a supplement stack and will decease DOMS. I put on a few pounds of lean muscle mass and watched my lifts go up due to the excellent recovery. I ran between 4-6 scoops a day but would love to see what more could do. GO OUT and GET IT!!!
