I have been chosen to log Status T-boost.
Package looks good great tamper proof security, never can be too safe. Read instructions an took two before I went to bed. Then took two in the morning now ready for the day. I have been slaking for a few weeks from exercises due to my knee and other issues. Gonna make the rest of this month a no excuse month. Since it is summer time, lately we have had at least one grandson nightly. They love being at grandma's.
Today 2nd grandson has VBS then baseball camp. I am in charge today. I hope to hit trails after I drop him off for VBS. Then rest a bit before his camp. Being in Houston TX, we have our own sauna/steam room anywhere when we step outside.
Thanks again Gymgod & Blue Star..

Thanks for stopping by. Did not make it to the trails (darn phone/ electronic leash). All this week has been hectic for the family. I will be taking Status daily so when I do get to workout it will be running thru me.
Yesterday & this morning did 25 body weight squats. Knee feels pretty good but sometimes I can sneeze wrong and pain will strike. Hoping for the best.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Not sure what I want to do except start easy due to my knee. Hope to hit more cardio at first to get some weight down. I have a weight machine upstairs but with family around most of the time.
its hard to use due to my work schedule and most others sleeping time are a conflict. Guess I'll have to do more body weight exercise. Hope to have a better answer soon.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Personally, based on situation, I'm just looking for a sense of vitality and well-being. Typically a product of this nature takes 3-6 to begin taking effect. Some may say sooner, but I call bluff. … 3-6 weeks.
I'm not sure if I mentioned this via PM but let's dose your daily 4 capsules serving 30-45 minutes before be don an empty stomach. Will this fit your schedule?Chris Belanger | Vice President, Sales

I used to be an NSCA CSCS & CPT so if you decide to get into any bodyweight exercises, I can try to help out. Here are some from a strength coach that is very knowledgeable: http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_..._by_bodyweight
All exercises can be modified if they are too difficult or cause too much pain.

Getting ready to start this week on the right foot. Looks like we will have our granddaughter for the day. Guess I'll put her in the pool on a float and try to a few laps and burn a few calories.
Not sure if it is a side effect or not, but after a few days of Status I have noticed my sweet tooth has pretty much disappeared along with a lot of my appetite.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. Had a good night cardio in the sauna.
Oldest grandson had first tackle football practice. Feel like temp had to close to 100. Since I was full of sweat when I got home decided to hit stair stepper in the garage. Did it for 11min then treadmill for 20. In the garage the temp was 92 at 9pm. Light start but better than sitting on the couch.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Bad enough for only a few min on the elliptical before I had to stop. 8pm 95degrees in garage with doors open for a hot air breeze.
Tonight grandson has football practice again. So if I'm soaked (will be coming from work with work boots & jeans) I will try to hit some weights tonight.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Lately WO’s have been very light for too many weeks.
Been trying to get back on track sux to start over. Diet has been pretty good but weight just has not dropped. Last night we got home late again and since I wake up around 4:30am for work I had to hit the bed.
Been trying to use my feet more than golf cart at work.
Weekend time should be better after tomorrow. Saturday is my Friday since I work compressed shift.
Trying to sneak a light work out when I can. Woke up and did a few squats & push-ups last couple of morning.
I do have a question about STATUS. I read somewhere that you should limit calcium. I usually have a shake or yogurt with protein powder. How long should I wait between taking STATUS & having a shake or yogurt?@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. No weight WO today, but got to do some treadmill this evening. After work today while watering the yard I seen UFC was on reg channel. While the main event was on I hit the treadmill for about 1.5 miles. Got to try try to burn any cals I can.

No, you don't limited your calcium. You should avoid calcium at the same time you are taking your dose of Status™. This is because the magnesium found in Status™ and calcium compete for absorption.
Simple way to avoid this, take your full daily dose of Status™ 30-45 minutes prior to bedtime on an empty stomach.Chris Belanger | Vice President, Sales
