Diet this week has been not too bad, always room for improvement. Work outs is where I need to improve the most. But I'm down 1lbs from last week. So I'll take it any way I can get it.
234.0 this week.

@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Good job to you all, I see a lot of progress and great attitudes!
PM'd my weight for today. Came in at 241.4 lbs with 22.2% bf this morning. Lost -3.1 lbs and -2.3% bf. Feeling great and I am pleased with the results my hard work and dedication is bringing me.
It's only the first week but congratulations to all of you still posting, your commitment to this thread and your goals is already a great achievement! Many give up on their goals before even finishing the first week (many us have done this in the past), so don't forget to give yourself some credit/pat on the back for this accomplishment.Oct 2016 - 250.8

Lol strong reply. I PMed you days ago ( maybe the 3rd) about this contest and still haven't got a reply. I PMed strobe my weight today and i think I'm gonna keep PMing him if he wants to do it still. He's kept up with late entrants and everything so far. He's been consistently in the thread and you even said you would "try" to be in the thread form now on.
And then I said, "I'll start next Monday"

Alright guys, all PM'd weights are added, as well as the forum posts. At the end of the spreadsheet(rows Q, R, S) there's a few stats, can thank Caprica for those.

Hey guys, last update I made was a week ago. I started in late June, I was at 334 pounds now I am at around 275. Last week I ate very little, while hiking I was fkn around trying to do parkour and twisted my ankle so I have been mostly lifting, going to start cardio back up again tomorrow. Good luck guys, stay disciplined, drink water only, and no cheat meals.

Im pretty excited I fixed my first broken home bluray player. I have another one to fix also.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Thanks Strobe, Caprica, and anyone else who helped with the spreadsheet. Like TheNormalMan said above, "Nice to see everyone's hard-work properly tracked and in one location." Not to mention the fact that it was all updated so quickly!
I'd rep you both but I think I already have for different posts (and I'm not over 50 posts so still neutral).Oct 2016 - 250.8

284lbs this morning loss of 2lbs. No excuses, just really didn't do much this week.
Trying to lose weight for the 2nd time definitely feels less motivating than when I did it the first time. Seriously hard trying to get that motivation back.
Edit* Sorry, I know I missed the deadline, worked some serious overtime today.

Thanks for the support guys.
Yesterday because I was so depressed was the only day I didn't accurately calculate calories because of that chinese food that I had. Other than that I even log dabs of ketchup or one almond or 5 Kcal chewing gum so the weight should come of this week.
You are right about the lifetime change. I'm just so eager for results and I feel like that first result will just motivate me so much. It's all good. Maybe I was more than 254 last week but anyway. This week things should get better and the weight should come off.

Strobe, we’ll do things in easy mode until we can get someone to add some sophistication to the spreadsheet. to make the spreadsheet look the way it does i do some manual manipulation.
#1 i’ll put the names back in alphabetical order to make data entry easier and i’ll apply the same simple formulas to everyone’s data. (this will look a little ugly but that’s ok. we'll fix that later.)
#2 you will create the sorted list on the fly by clicking "View", then "List", and then double-clicking on "% Lost" twice to put the list in descending order by % of initial weight lost.
#3 you can distribute the link generated by #2.
cliffs: the “View” and “List” menu options in the spreadsheet allow visitors to view the data sorted in a variety of ways.
eta: i have relatives coming over today but i'll put some thought into this later. ttylLast edited by caprica6; 08-09-2014 at 12:50 PM.
