Cool, that's the juice I drink too because I don't eat enough green veggies. I got it from the documentary "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" by Joe Cross. (Google his name) He calls it Mean Green Juice. I saw it on Netflix a few months ago, a very interesting story. Sometimes I sub kale for the spinach or toss in a banana for one of the apples. I also like to add a scoop of good tasting vanilla flavored whey protein powder and I'm not hungry for hours. I make it in a Vitamix instead of a juicer.

I thought I posted in here my start weight already but I cannot find it. I PM the original OP then caught up on most post and found out the O OP is missing. I PM Strobe my start so now I should be caught up completely.
My start weight I high this week. 235 to start this, I was at 233 last week but cant get on a steady roll. Diet has been pretty good but did have a few slips this week. Now I just need to hit this month hard. I think I sound like a stuck record but hope August is the bump to get the needle moving.
Thanks again to Strobe & Caprica for picking this up..@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Agree on the logging, my fitness pal is great to see how much cals you should have a day by the info you put in.
One thing that help me realize food portions was a scale. It's funny how little cerial you get when you measure one serving. NOW if I can just follow what I just typed!
Good luck!!@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Alright guys and gals, think everyone is added. If there's a mistake or I forgot ya, lemme know. And if there's anyone coming in late feel free to drop me a message and I'll add ya in. For those of ya who don't want to send weekly PMs, if you could just limit your weigh-in post to just your weight, that'll help me pick it out and not miss the post.
