I got in my 60 mins of weights and cardio. Calories are right at 2,000. So I told myself if I can make the entire 60 mins, I will reward myself with a Wendy's waffle cone (300 calories) 2,300 calories - 60 mins of circuit training and cardio. My wife said, why don't you stop at 30 mins and skip the ice cream? I said, I would probably eat something anyway, so I might as well trick my mind into thinking I am really doing something, haha. Really hoping to being sub 193 tomorrow.

Really excited to get this underway. Staring today I'm lowering cals a bit to 1600 since I've solidly plateaued at 1750 and I'll keep up the upper/lower split I test drove the past two weeks. Could stand to throw in a tad more cardio since that personally seems to get things going. My sleep has been solid but I could stand to increase the total hrs / night, so that's the next goal
180.4 this morning. My lowest was 173 last October but that was a result of a very poor 1200 calorie diet with no exercise. I have gained in the past four months since starting training, but I feel leaner, stronger and happier than ever so I'll take those lbs!
Goal for November 1 is to see if I can get the scale to dip to 168 while keeping my strength up. Doable, I think!

Im ready to see you all make some progress focus on the prize. In other news I just saw they did another new release on bluray for 4 of the hellraiser movies set to be released october 7 2014. I put my order in on amazon for 12.99.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I'm in as well.....
Been wanting to join one of these threads, but always saw it after the fact. I lost 70 pounds almost a year ago, but due to poor choices in food moreso, and also hitting weight lifting VERY HEAVY (currently on my 5th cycle of AllPro's Beginner Program, and have been doing auxillary exercises 2-3 days a week), I've gained a little more fat and mass than I like. Actually been cutting since Monday.
