Simba it is time for a friendly and uplifting competition for those of us who want to go beyond beach body and Super Sayan(DragonBallZ reference).

The rules as follows:
-Send your weight to Strobe57 via Private Message (PM) every Friday by 8pm (GMT-8)
-When you PM him, write your weight in both the title and message so he doesn’t have to open each message to get your weight.
-If you miss 3 weight-ins, you are out, because it's one, two three strikes and you're out at the old ball game!
-PM your weight with 1 decimal in pounds (Not kg or stone, sorry, but ain't noboddy got time for that).
-If you decide to dropout, please PM Strobe57 so he can remove your name.

And some optional rules:
-Take a front and side pic of yourself (relaxed) holding a newspaper from the 1st week of the competition and either post them to your bodyspace or just keep it in your computer.
-Update your Bodyspace stats as often as you can.
-Posting/Discussions in the thread are encouraged.
-A little bit of background/rant or whatever else you want to share would be nice.
-Post your motivational levels as well as your diet and exercise plans.

Let's do it. I 100% guarantee will be down to 185 minimum and shooting for 180. I am doing this. I lost 25 lbs in the Jan 1 - March 31st thread. I am ready to start back where I left off. Been hitting it really hard since Sunday July 6th when I was 202 lbs that night. I hit the treadmill that night and knew I was ready to get started again. 202 was a wake up call. My weigh ins are morning weight BTW. I was 199 that morning. It's go time.Currently cutting

I know 2 hours of lifting for 4 times a week is seen as unnecessary and possibly detrimental, but I have been doing this lately. I have been dropping weight and eating about 2500 average a day. I get in about 5 hours of cardio a week. Just throwing it out there as a possibility of getting more work in and eating more calories will help drop weight.
I have seen good results dropping fat and maintaining muscle.
