BRB Im on a disgusting green juice diet
BRB I'm gonna eat 5 meals a day now against my own will
BRB Don't do HIIT cuz it didnt work for me, walking for 30 mins made me lose 15lbs in 3 months!
BRB eating a bowl of leaves for lunch because calories
BRB Cant eat fats
BRB Nobody phucking lifts
Just some highlights from todays conversation around me. I cant even.. They just look for every possible shortcut and substitute for working out and dieting properly.
Sucks that i look DYEL in a shirt right now since cutting has me on that auschwitz time so i wouldnt even look like i know what im talking about if i opened my mouth.. feelsbatman

brb- five guys or burritos plus giant soda EVERYDAY for lunch.
brb- "nothing iv tried has worked, I just cant loose weight I guess.
brb- 2:30pm time for a 900 calorie starbucks drink because my gigantic lunch made me feel like a tranquilized rhino.
brb- Walk on the treadmill for 30 min once a week.

Actually HIIT has been shown to be less effective than longer, steady state cardio in seriously overweight or older people- they simply don't have the capacity to work hard enough on the sprint sections and back it up to make the HIIT effective, so they got ya there OP.

Shrug, blame marketing.
If you're only knowledge of diet and health is what you've collected from word of mouth/infomercials over the year, you can't even realize how f'ing wrong it all is. Health is big business, and there is no business in actually making and keeping people healthy. The industry has done an incredible job of keeping people dumb, fat, and ignorant.
Until I actually started doing a lot of research, I had no idea how f'ing wrong everything I had ever thought about diet and health was. This **** isn't taught in school. Most people get their health information from commercials, word of mouth, marketing, and TV Day show "Doctors".

Juicing can be good because it helps get micronutrients that people are lacking. And it is much easier then eating all of the veggies (and some fruits) regularly.
That being said, a lot of people juice too many fruits, which adds a lot of sugar. Which when they drink, will spike insulin and even add fat. Yes, people can get fat from juicing.Follow my twitter parody: @lampfacts

Worked at Five Guys, can confirm. God-tier bulking food, though. Don't forget the ketchup you use for the fries and the condiments you use on the burger, fukin ninja calories of peace. And you can order extra cheese and bacon free of charge. And snack on free peanuts while you wait.

I just nod and zone out. the correct way of dieting is total against their methods which strangely do not work. Also when yur big the fools want to put you dwn, they will also ask to fight and wrestle like a bunch of kids tryin to feel gd about their small frame
