do you ever feel big enough? (srs)

I've made decent gains since I started lifting but I still feel small as fuk (in b4 stats) my friends have said I look big, strangers have commented on it too but I feel like lifting has gave me body dysmorphia or something.

Do you guys feel like you're big?

I'm getting closer brah for sure, will need a couple more bulk / cut cycles to get to this weight lean though but I definitely feel like I'm getting closer to my goal rather than chasing a moving goal.

yes, we all have dysmorphia :/
i was skinny AF and ive gained over 35 lbs in muscle and i still feel small, and ALOT of people tell me i look huge.

i think, unless you set a specific goal with actual numbers. you're going to always feel inadequate

I'm gonna go against the grain. I have only been lifting 3 months. Made small but significant gains and feeling much better about myself looking in the mirror already. Self esteem of peace.

I felt big when I was 72 kg and ripped. Later on I got fat and felt small at 97 kg pure fat with some muscle underneath.

Solution: get ripped, look good and you should be satisfied if you have a nice V taper and some delts and decent arms.

I feel like I double in size with a pump too. I think it's mostly in your head though because you feel so tight and full it boosts your confidence. I feel like I go into the gym and come out twice the size. Yet I never see the same thing happen to anyone else at the gym.

So I've come to believe turning into a monster with a pump Is mostly in your head.

Also because my pump measurements aren't that much bigger at all than cold. If at all.

lol yeah I remember when I was a scrawny 150 pounder and I thought I'd feel big at 180. Then it was 190 and then 200 and then 210..................now aiming for 225. When will it end?
