Why are you trying to drop weight when you stand 6'0" and weigh only 172lbs? My guess is you have a good amount of LBM you can add before you even think about cutting.

I really hope that by fat burner you mean a supplement for energy to keep you focused while training and staying on your diet otherwise the best fat burner is staying on the macros that will make you lose fat and keeping consistent on your training schedule!

I would give Thermoyxn a look. Brand new to bodybuilding.com but has a lot of support behind it. Very solid, complete and complex fat burner designed to work from multiple angles. Contains both Alpha yohimbine for fat burning and lemon verbena to prevent muscle breakdown when dieting; rare addition not seen in many fat burners. Def will amp you up for the day, but you should not experience any crash at all.

This is the type of body i'm after, that's my goal, maybe some more size on chest, but that's it overall

So you want to be skinny? Well best of luck with your Mary Kate & Ashley Olson goals of 2014.

Really though I doubt you have sufficient LBM to even cut. If you do cut you'll be looking like some skinny kid who hasn't stepped foot in a gym.

Well the best route to go would be to post a pic of yourself to see where you're at. This way we can see where you're at and can provide you with some better advice.
