I have around 150 pounds of lean mass and I'm consuming on average 100g of protein a day. Would that be sufficient for a cut? I'm taking MP Combat protein (2 scoops a day). I can bump that up to 3-4 scoops if need be.
Here's my diet:
Breakfast- 2 scoops of protein
Lunch- 1.5 cups of baked squash (with 1 tablespoon olive oil) and 5 oz salmon
Snack- can of tuna fish, handful of nuts
Dinner- 1 cup of asparagus or sauteed spinach and 6 oz beef or chicken
Drinks- water, Coke Zero
Supplements-daily vitamin, fish oil, EC stack (1 week cycle)

Personal experience is that at 1g/pound of lbm I was less hungry all day long.
Your calories might be a bit low. How low are they? I'm same weight as you with no EC stack and cutting at 2200. I eat way way more food than that.May 3 - 183 ; May 10 - 181; May 17 - 181; May 24 - 181; May 30 - 178.5 ; Jun 7 - 176.5; Jun 14 - 174.5; Jun 20 - 173;
Jun 28 - 172.5; July 5th - 171; July 12th - 171; July 19 - 170;

On my cut I have noticed if I get anything less than 1g of protein per pound of body weight, I would be in trouble.
I'm 5'9'' and 135lbs, and I would be losing muscle mass at 100g of protein per day on a cut. You are a much bigger guy.I like personal responsibility and accountability. When you admit you are the problem you are simultaneously admitting you are the solution.

That huge gut is a sign of visceral fat...and generally poor health. Drinking helps that a lot. I am not going to tell you not to drink but cutting back on your drinking would be very helpful to lose some of that visceral fat.
I became a lot chubbier than I realized a couple years ago from drinking too much and not eating right. You don't realize how much fat you are carrying until you try to lose it. I still drink but the longer I go in between drinking the better my physique looks. I would consider not drinking a fat burner...a very depressing fat burnerMAY THE PROGRESS BE WITH YOU!

Yea it's going to be hard, but I should really cut back. Last year I graduated college and got a good corporate job. Really stressful so I ended up drinking 4-5 nights a week, usually around 375ml of vodka a night. I've cut back, but I think it'd be worth it to quit until I lose weight. It's honestly hard not to drink when you are 23 years old, have a good paying job, and living in a big urban city.
On a side note, just a note that after starting the EC stack, it's a WHOLE lot easier to control cravings. It's really no problem at all sticking to a diet plan. However if there's one downfall I'd face would be drinking.
