Do you know any nattys who made gains on a bro split?

How exactly do they do it?

I've made more gains in the past three months on ICF than I did in the previous year on a typical bro split.

Does it just have to do with different body types?

Individuals respond differently. They're fun so chances are more effort is put into them making someone experience better results theoretically.

You'll make gains on the the whole frequency being optimal is true in nattys nut is widely exaggerated on this forum.

By a bro split, im guessing you mean a split that only trains a body part 1x a week. You can make gains on this "bro split". Period. This is were the word "optimal" comes into play. Training a body part once a week isnt the best for a natural. However dont think that just because of this, you will not make any gains. As long as ones nutrition is in check, gains will occur. I hope this isnt a troll and i just wasted my fcking time typing this out

Would also like to know this as well. I started on a bro split made pretty decent gains, but if I was to do it all over.. I'd focus on linear progression until you can't consistently add weight to the bar.

Squat went up 80 pounds in 2 months, DL 100, bench 40.

I am more of a novice than most of the guys on this board so it may be somewhat more of beginner's gains but the progression is great.

    Stalling on squats now though.
